Product Designer
Own end-to-end product design for the merchant experiences thousands of businesses trust every day.
About the role
We're looking for a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of our merchant-facing products.
You'll be the sole designer embedded in our core product team, working closely with engineers and stakeholders to ship experiences that are clear, fast, and trusted by thousands of merchants every day. This is a hands-on role — from early discovery through to pixel-perfect delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead design across our dashboard, EPOS, and onboarding flows — from discovery through to shipped.
- Run user research sessions with merchants and use insights to sharpen your design decisions.
- Build and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across web and mobile surfaces.
- Collaborate daily with engineers to make sure what gets built matches what was designed.
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback quickly and clearly.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in a B2B or fintech environment.
- A portfolio that shows end-to-end design work — not just visuals but the thinking behind them.
- Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and design tokens.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving clarity without waiting for a brief.
- Strong communication skills and experience working directly with engineering teams.
- The right to work in the UK. We cannot sponsor visas for this role.
Nice to Have
Experience designing for EPOS or point-of-sale systems.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
Background in data-heavy or transactional product design.
The interview process

Intro call — 30 minutes
With our Talent Lead. We'll talk about your background and what you're looking for.

Portfolio review — 60 minutes
Walk us through two or three projects. We want to understand your process, not just the outcomes.
- 03
Design challenge — half a day
A take-home problem followed by a 45-minute review with the product and engineering team.
- 04
Offer — within 5 working days
Feedback either way, always. The whole process takes about three weeks.
